Good overall, but website makes it difficult to get in touch with CS
*EDIT* I managed to get in contact with Huawei's customer service, the agent Gabe was incredibly helpful, arranged for DPD to pick up my monitor and I received it within 2 weeks in working condition. I've upped my review to 4 stars at the customer service was very good, however, the website makes it really difficult to get in touch with them, hence the lack of the 5 star. I really appreciate the help I was given, and it definitely helped restore my faith in Huawei *ORIGINAL* I bought the Huawei Mateview around a year ago; coming home one day, I noticed that the monitor stand felt very hot, I also noticed that as soon as the display of the connected device showed up on the monitor, it immediately cut out, everything else worked apart from that. I now have a monitor I paid over £500 for, that doesn't work and have tried contacting Huawei customer service multiple times to try and deal with this. However, there's no number and to get in touch you have to send an email, but require a verification code, which never comes through to my email. There's an alternative email, you can write to, but I've still not heard back from them and it's been several days now. I was so excited when I bought my mateview, but after this experience, I'm probably never going to buy from Huawei ever again.
