I purchased their backup software for it to only fail. I tried all of my options and conatcted tech support to try and resolve my issue. Tech support was very mundane with their approach and also did not resolve my issue. I asked for a refund and was declined with no reasoning. This company isnt worth the headache and i advise against their spftware. Scam
