Having contacted customer support a number of times. I’m still waiting for a returns label. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company! It’s been two weeks and I’m still waiting.

I needed to return a pair of leggings and its impossible. You have to contact them and wait for a returns label, which never arrives. So disappointing, as the leggings are nice. But customer service is shocking.
