Incomplete information
I tried it today for the first time, to compare their information and the information provided by the post. Parcelmonitor only gave the event at 8:30am (a vague "in transit"), while there were 2 more events at 1 and 2pm. And the post information is more precised/coded. So, difficult to trust them, sorry.
