orthopedic, pain relief. I don`t think this company knows what those words mean. The 2 pairs I bought had hard plastic soles, that didn`t even bend with my foot. I asked to return them and get a refund. They told me it was better if I keep them, they would give me $15. After a few more emails, they offered me 20 and I keep the shoes. After everyday for a week going back and forth with what I think must be artificial intellegence, I reported it to paypal, who immediately refunded my money. I never give my credit card on the internet. If a company doesn`t offer paypal, I don`t order from them . Here is proof why!!
