**Great Support, Good Quality!** I bought the QIDI MAX4 with the Polar Cooler through a pre-order in the first half of 2026. The main reason I chose it was its size. It's one of the largest enclosed 3D printers you can get at a reasonable price, offering great value for money. Of course, it's not without its flaws, but let's be fair: no 3D printer is perfect. Since purchasing it, I've experienced a few minor issues, as well as a failed stepper motor driver board. However, QIDI's customer support has been excellent, and the faulty board was replaced very quickly. And to put things into perspective, a friend of mine bought a Bambu Lab printer around the same time, and his mainboard failed almost simultaneously. So these kinds of issues certainly aren't exclusive to QIDI. There are definitely a few areas where the MAX4 could be improved, but many of those improvements can easily be done yourself if you're comfortable with a bit of DIY. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. The MAX4 offers a lot for its price, and QIDI's responsive and helpful customer support makes it even easier to recommend.
