Be wise, go to the manufacturer instead of this knock-off Amazon.
So I ordered two phone cases from the site, at first they received money but did not send a confirmation email. After pestering they admitted it had not gone through, after they originally said it was being dealt with. Secondly it was expected 8-15 days to deliver and instead was a total of 25 days. When the products finally did arrive neither one was what I ordered. Upon checking why, they were out of stock so exchanged them, without asking me nor giving me a product of the same price. I paid £35 here and received items that cost £25, when asked to get a refund for the more expensive product, ($20) they offered me $5 and have been troublesome to communicate with at the very least. Despite keeping in contact the customer service also drops sooner rather than later with the friendly guise quickly turning to irritated. After looking on the site numerous times also, the cases that are 'sold out' are still on sale and you can purchase them yourself.
