I ordered 2 boxes of all of all of the oils for Christmas on November 27th.I am still waiting for this order on December 18th.Have sent several emails.Poor delivery service.Needed as Christmas gifts.i have sent several emails to customer care but just keep getting generic message back.No trace of my order now December 18th.I am so disappointed. I will going to consumer rights about this as 2 vault boxes is quite alot of money and now I do not have any Christmas presents to replace this.Shocking service from this company. Following this I did receive an email saying that my order would be dispatched immediately.Hovever when I check the tracking progress it just says the order is still being processed..and says not valid tracking number on the courier website!! It is now December 20th..I spent 470 euro on this order for my Daughter's for Christmas..I want my order not words of empathy!!I feel like I have been scammed !!So upset.My order was since November 27th...
