I have tried to booked for my family of 4 on cheaptickets.sg. Due to the fact that my son needs to return back to singapore earlier I have to make a separate booking of my other family of 3. I make a booking from singapore to Jeju on 8th June 01:10 for 3 and was planning to book the same schedule for my son. I was horrified that I couldn't make a booking for the same flight as it was not available afterwards just in a matter of 5 mins. I tried calling the customer service but he's not able help just mentioned the system may not be available. I have no choice to use the skyscanner to book for my son's trip to match our outbound flights(that was booked in cheaptickets.sg) together to Busan. Customer service officer should have been more proactive to address my concern instead of either saying no flights or "would I like to cancel my booking" etc.
