SCAM! AVOID USING THIS PLATFORM
First time customer and will certainly be the last. I collect very niche skins and found one on their platform after hearing good reviews (one of them being Trust Pilot). They are a Russian platform but everything is translated. I found a skin I had been looking for awhile and refilled balance via crypto. On their website the refill balance has a QR code connected to their wallet system with the wallet address present on the side. I sent the correct amount via CoinBase and the block chain showed status as success. Fast forward 40 minutes and I am not getting my balance in. I reach out to customer support who surprisingly tells me I sent it to the wrong wallet address. That can not be possible because the QR code I scanned is directly on their website and even on the block chain the wallet addresses match. The customer rep tells me it's a wallet they used prior but don't have access to anymore. Ok, great, so how's this a first time users problem? Apparently this is my fault that I sent it to the wrong address they currently do not use and that the money cannot be recovered. What!? You're telling me the QR code on your website with the matching wallet address is not correct and somehow the websites negligence is my fault a first time customer and that I should kick rocks? Imagine. There was no convincing the customer rep. This could be a huge security flaw with other potential customers but sure it must be my fault. Absolutely disgusting scamming practices. They should be out of business. -Edit- You can see they will not take accountability in their response below. Their QR code on the balance refill is automated to send funds in such ways their website was coded. There is no option to select anything as it is automated. Once you scan the QR code you only have the option of sending funds from your wallet. Anyone can test this right now and I have also tested this again when their customer support chat started telling me it's my fault. If I have to I will make a YouTube video showing real life footage of the process of scanning the QR code, prompt asking to send from my wallet with the presets they have to send funds and that's it. The blatant lack of knowledge on their end is infuritating to say the least while blaming their customers or should I say playing dumb to scam customers in balance refills because they know people will not resort to lawsuits against a company in another country over a small amount.
