Scummy business tactic to only allow you to cancel your subscription in the last month of a 12 month subscription. Tells you everything you need to know about this company. Edit to the reply I got: There is no reason to only allow me to cancel future renewals after an 11 month wait period. It's just greed, hoping people forget. 'Continued access' is not a valid reason. Any of the competitor sites I use don't have this rule and I've been using them succesfully for over 5-7 years. I also don't need help to review my case, I've managed to cancel it luckily.
