Buyer Beware! Literally.
a quick update to my absolutely AWFUL experience with this facade of a "company" - basically all this is, is likely 1 person behind a computer. Don't expect ANY customer support of any kind, sellers can leave any feedback they want on you as a buyer EVEN IF YOU DON'T COMPLETE A TRANSACTION WITH THE SELLER they can still leave you negative feedback. NOTE YOU CANNOT LEAVE BUYER FEEDBACK FOR SELLERS either, so extremely one sided. If you have problems with your order, again don't expect any help, you are on you own while Discogs rakes in the cash.
