I was charged a 6 month renewal for $69 with no notice. I emailed them as well as the third party they use on the day the charge was made and it was still pending. They sent me a link to cancel which I did, but would not refund my money. EWA sent me their terms as well and basically said too bad, we are keeping your money. It is a deceptive trade practice to renew without consumer notification the charge is coming. I had no notification. I do not recommend working with a company where you must cancel 6 months before you realize you want to stop it. Contacting EWA did not help. I emailed Paddle.com about this deceptive practice. They were able to get my refund for me. They are the company handling the financial transactions and a search will show they have faced this problem with many software companies so are responsive. Thank you, Paddle.
