I recently joined the Cakes and Bakes VIP membership, and at first I couldn’t place an order for cake delivery because of a technical issue. I emailed customer support, and Tarun from the operations team quickly got in touch, sorted out the problem, and was really helpful throughout. Thanks to him, the cake was delivered before 3 p.m. on the same day. I really appreciated the quick response and the effort he put in to make sure everything was taken care of smoothly. It was a great experience overall, and it definitely made me feel confident about being a VIP member.
