When I did the math on the shipment quantity, I realized it was only going to equal three weeks of food versus four weeks since I have a large breed dog. I was having trouble figuring out how to adjust the shipment so I wouldn’t run out of food at the end of the month. When I sent an email to their support, they were so very helpful and were able to adjust the shipment time to every three weeks so that I would not run out by the end of the month. I’m excited to see how this natural fresh food works for my dog. He seems to love it, but I need to make sure he doesn’t end up with an upset stomach, diarrhea or any of the other issues he’s had from time to time.
