Absolutely useless service
Absolutely useless service. Tried three different payment methods and all were cancelled. Contacted them and they advised the payments were rejected so contacted the companies I used to make the payment who advised that the purchases were cancelled by the merchant and that they were not rejected. Online chat just gives the same copy and paste responses. Stick to using the other well known stores as this place is useless. *Update* - I have had an update directly from the customer care manager who has explained the issue and will advise the support team to provide the correct and clear information going forwards. Hopefully others will not encounter the same issues. I have increased the rating by one star due to this but have now made my purchases elsewhere so can only base this on my last purchase attempt
