First time try out this platform. Very disappointed. The product is defective. My web site has not been loading up reliably and consistently for the past 48 hours. I contacted the support team four times ann they still cannot resolve the issue. I use other platform n they are so smooth and reliable. My web site is all good mover com au if this gives more authenticity of my identity. Update 23 May - Support team finally determined that this is a complex technical issue and need dev team fixes. At least on the bright side, the company is keen to provide continuous support. Let see the outcome. Update 28 May - It is fixed. Rose personally called me to make a thorough follow up. At least from customer service stand-point, she has provided great professional service to customer.
