Mike at Ship A Car Direct was very helpful and communicated exceptionally well. My car was picked up on time and delivered on time. The actual carrier did not communicate well, which is why Mike’s assistant was greatly appreciated. I sent him a picture afterwards of how filthy the inside of my car was, and they gave me a rebate to get it cleaned! This was my fourth time using Mike at Ship a Car Direct and I do recommend them and will use them again.
