Returns are a waste of money
After returning an item and corresponding with support several times, I ended up paying extra money to mail back a package I was never refunded for. The company confirmed they received the return but the individual it was shipped to "hadn't been able to inspect it" after two weeks. They continued to promise a refund even weeks later and I still haven't received back the $80 I spent before shipping.
