I wrote a review on this product, shown receipts, etc, but I see it was taken down. I stand on the review that I posted, stating that this converter is NO GOOD! It's a WASTE OF MONEY!!! I posted an in-depth review and it was taken down. Companies don't want to hear when a customer has a bad experience then post it. They only want the good ones. Well, my experience with this product was not good and I want anybody who read this to know it.
I have been testing this converter and several others. I used the free version and it worked. So I decided to purchase this one mainly for the price. Well, as soon as I used it, everything just fell apart. Any file I put into it, an error message would pop up. Then, I put the same files into the other converters and they worked fine. So, I changed the format, resolution, almost anything to get this thing working. I kept trying to work with it because I just paid for it. I didn't have a problem with the free version, so everything I did with the free version I did the same thing when I purchased it. It was totally MONEY WASTED!!! As stated earlier, I decided to purchase this one over the other ones I've tried mainly because of the price. I guess it's true what they say, "cheaper ISN'T always better", or "you get what you pay for". I already asked for a refund, and even sent a screenshot of the pop up error message but I'm just going to count it as a loss and chalk it up to experience because I am not going back and forth with these people about refund that they guaranteed when I sent a screenshot as suggested. I do know a few people that does a lot of work similar to what I do and are looking for a good converter. I will make sure to tell them to STAY AWAY FROM VIDEOPROC CONVERTER!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! If I could, I would've given this software a ZERO rating. Thanks for absolutely NOTHING!!!
