Whatsapp from Android to IOS
I was trying to copy Whatsapp from Android to IOS. My biggest mistake was I chose the wrong option. I chose "Transfer" rather than "Backup". If you do a backup from Android and then a restore to IOS it works. If you try the "simpler" option labelled Transfer then it deletes Whatsapp and your data! Read each screen a couple of times. Backup Backup before you start.
