Vanyko Poor Poduct Poor Service
The S30 Matrixpad I bought developed a fault (probably inherent from day 1) whereby the screen would flicker on/off. Eventually the tablet became completely dead. Because the 90 day period from purchase had only just passed the seller would not refund or replace so I pursued Vankyo directly as believed the product to carry a 12 month warranty as advertised on their website. The communication with them took over 3 weeks with Facebook messenger and emails for them to turn around and say 3 month warranty has passed!!!! Poor product and poor customer service. Avoid like the plague!!!
