Good but expensive.
I'm nearly 42 now and I bought these as I was feeling extremely fatigued more noticeably on day 1 of my cycle. I've been taking these for 6 weeks now and I noticed a real difference with the fatigue and also bloating. My tummy feels flatter and the fatigue I was experiencing for quite some months, has now gone. My hair and nails are growing rapidly too and my skin is lovely and soft. They are expensive and you only get 3 weeks worth in a jar because you have to take 3 a day.
