Rip off merchants…Impossible to get a refund
Rip off merchants…they use a .co.uk site domain, but are in China. They are not a UK company but in China. It’s took 5 days for them to dispatch (receipt of tracking code) , then claim they can’t cancel an order even if it hasn’t been sent. Express sending takes 10 days , 5 days to dispatch and 5 more to arrive. Impossible to get a refund as they clearly state HAVE TO Break the law and declare the goods to customs as 20 USD but best of all you MUST NOT use a courier to send it back.If you break these terms they will not do a refund. Thanks Kent Faith for your reply. Unfortunately as with all communication you are unable to understand English. I never wanted your Camera and still don’t..Your rules about returns make it IMPOSSIBLE and ILLEGAL to return anything. I’d be breaking the law with the wrong Customs declaration and you ask fir tracking but clearly state I’m not to send it back by a courier who does tracking. You haven’t answered my emails on how to send it back legally and with tracking…that’s because its impossible to do.. I will refer this review to the Customs Authorities as you state in this review you are promoting me to carry out Customs Fraud..
