Flavor selection cut-back, consistent shipping delays
Zeus is the store I have consistently ordered from. I originally chose this shop because of their range of flavors, sizes, and the ability to select your preferred VG-PG ratio. Over time I’ve consistently noticed delays with shipping - Roughly one/half months ago, a week and a half passed before my order shipped (and with no offer of consolation, ie free shipping or a discount on my next order). They are also typically delayed in responding to customer service inquiries, if a response is ever even provided. This I could handle because they had the best flavors, but also in the last month and a half, they’ve removed about 25% of flavors from their site, taken away their PG-VG options, and done away with their affordable 15ml size. The flavor thing I really don’t understand - if you mix flavors in-house, why can I get peanut butter banana, but not peanut butter? Doesn’t make sense. Flavor is still good, better than most actually, so if you haven’t been ordering for years as I have, you likely wouldn’t notice any of the things that have frustrated me with Zeus recently
