Outstanding hosting with rapid, friendly support and rock‑solid servers.
This hosting experience has been far better than expected, with quick page loads, responsive databases, and stable uptime that keep business websites fast during both routine traffic and peaks. When help was needed, the team stepped in fast, took ownership, and resolved issues without back‑and‑forth, which saved time and kept services online for customers. Security measures, backups, and clear guidance during changes added peace of mind, making maintenance windows and updates predictable and low‑risk. Why this deserves 5 stars: Support is fast, skilled, and genuinely helpful, often solving problems proactively. Servers feel snappy for WordPress and handle a Node.js service cleanly behind Passenger. Backups and security defaults work as advertised, reducing operational risk. Pricing is fair for the quality of service, and the overall experience is consistently excellent.
