Do not waste your money with this dishonest company!
I ordered a pair of casual flats from this Company on May 24 not realizing it was an off-shore business. (I have had a previous horrible experience with these companies) The shoes arrived on 6/11 and they did not resemble the shoes pictured on their site. They are cheap polyurethane with uneven stitching…and they smell bad. Still, they were the correct size I ordered so I tried them on. The heel area was shaped poorly and did not fit my foot. They actually folded down on my heel. I immediately tried to contact the Company. E-mail was the only option. I explained the situation and received an email asking me to take a photo of my foot and a drawing of it with a ruler alongside. I did as they asked and replied within 2 hours. Their response came 2 days later No return!…but they would give me 30% off another purchase …….Right, like I’m going to waste more money with these scammers. Ironically, I would be embarrassed to even donate these ugly, cheap shoes!
