Order no A202204102215300I87Y I contacted creality regarding my order of my 3d printer. I had received my filament but no 3d printer? They told me it was sent separately. They then told me it had been delivered? I never signed for this delivery? I was told to contact Yodel who told me it was left in my outside cupboard which was empty!. When I contacted Yodel they told me they had interviewed driver and assured me it was delivered to correct house they even saw driver at my house on their live map?? They described my house as mid terrace with garage? I don't have a garage!? I have made many complaints and have been fobbed off by both company's passing the buck. No contact number for either..just emails. All I want is my order! Absolutely Criminal!!!
