the stuff is nice but delivery is a nightmare.
the stuff is nice. it fits well. i would order all of the time. EXCEPT. im completely unhappy about delivery. paying customs tax and stuff is annoying but im prepared to pay that IF im buying a lot/ significantly. HOWEVER my last order was delivered in separate orders instead of in one big one and i ended up paying LOADS for packages. Not to mention how inflexible DHL is. I get theyre reliable for international shipping but they are so difficult to deal with. and especially their website. ugh. probably put off from buying from there forseeably. I wanted to complain on dress lily's customer service but that's pretty much impossible because of their site's limited drop down options for communication. theres not even a designated complaint section. at least not one i could find. so i gave up.
