In a world of corrupt businesses that don't honour their products and don't care about you after they've gotten your money, DJI stands out above and beyond. I bought an expensive gimbal that I didn't check if it was compatible with my phone. Even though I'm past the return date, DJI sent me a shipping label to return it. I really appreciate this as it was my fault for not checking compatibility and I was past the 30 day timeframe for returns. So many other companies I've dealt with would not be this understanding. I will be a forever customer. At some point I need a new microphone for my YouTube videos and you can bet that I'll be buying a DJI one.
