Oh Lord...tearing my hair out
Where to begin?... I have created custom talking avatars with custom voice cloning before. Now it won't let me do so no matter what - keep getting an error - and support is completely useless and non-existent. I've already paid for an annual subscription. I've barely used the subscription, and I cannot even use it any further going forward. Editing my review here, since I cannot reply to Wondershare's reply... What's extremely disappointing (and frustrating, to say the least), is that it took a 1-star review to get Wondershare's attention. The support email address provided appears no where on the company's website or any social media channels (in fact there's no email address, anywhere; and the chat support is AI-only; as is the phone support; there's zero human connection for any of Wondershare's apps.
