Where do I begin? I'm not sure if it could qualify as a 'scam' per say, but it doesn't operate like a normal online business either. I ordered 2 bras. I did not receive a receipt and no money was taken from my PayPal account. The next day, there was still no evidence of a transaction so I thought I had not completed the order so I did another order. Again no receipt. Later that day, 2 tracking numbers appeared in in my Australia Post app from Amazon. This was a mystery as I had not ordered from Amazon. Later, I saw 2 receipts from 'Tsinlo' in my PayPal account. I tried to completed a contact form on the Essenther site. They would not send me a verification email after various attempts. Also I never received an order number with which to refer. I sent an email to the one provided on the PayPal site. I also send an email to the Essenther site. I received a response from the PayPal listed email address which wanted to know the tracking numbers. By then, the 2 'Amazon' parcels had arrived and was missing one bra so I generated a dispute with PayPal. In the meantime, I received 2 more tracking numbers. This time from 'Tsinlo'. One of the packages was delivered to someone hundreds of kilometres away and the other is in transit to an unknown destination at this point. Ironically, the 3 bras I have received seem to be ok, but time will tell. There seems to be no head company and I feel that the online store may be a dummy site? A very weird experience.
