Worked surprisingly well!
Took the capsules before drinks with friends last weekend, which turned into quite a late night with plenty of beers and very little sleep. Woke up much fresher than expected the next morning, tired but barely any signs of a hangover. I even managed to go for a run, which turned into a PR on the 5K?! Super impressed - will definitely stock up for future nights out!
