UPDATE: I'm stunned. Jacket Maker not only took my feedback and concerns seriously but actually went through two iterations to get the jacket to match the original vision. It just arrived, and it's perfect. Despite the hassle at the start and the original confusions, this still deserves a five-star rating in my book. Thank you! I ordered a jacket all the way back in November, which was supposed to ship early this year. When I inquired in January, the time frame suddenly shifted to mid-February. Now I asked again and it's mid-March. I'm disappointed by this lack of professionalism. If the jacket arrives in time and is good quality, I'll change this rating.
