Never Received Product
I want to love pinky, but I never received my product and it said it was delivered. I tried contacting them for support to tell them that I never received my order and all they said was "it was delivered". Ummm clearly not if I don't have them lol and I have cameras in front of my house and no package came. I even asked my family if i got any mail and nothing. This was a few months ago and i was thinking about purchasing some contacts for Halloween and decided to share my experience with this company. I also have an astigmatism in one of my eyes and had to get prescriptions for them and paid extra so it just sucks that I never got my issue resolved. It was also a long wait, I was so frustrated after waiting a long time for nothing.
