I had not used this website before, but I saw something I liked and ordered it as a gift. The ordering process was straightforward and easy to use. I had accidentally put the wrong address in my order. I got a hold of customer service to ask them to help me to correct it. Their customer service was so Amazing! They were prompt in getting back to me and letting me know what I needed to do. They were also very kind and easy to talk to. They continuously let me know where they were in the process. When they had the correction made they emailed me immediately. All of their correspondence with me were exceptionally informative and kind. I do believe customer service has a lot to do with the company you are working with or purchasing things from. I would recommend if you see anything on this website that you would like to purchase do not hesitate they will take very good care of you.
