No reply from customer service
made my booking at 2pm today, website said "booking successful", but not receiving any confirmation email, history in "My trip" is totally blank, tried to call them on hotline, but could never reach, always busy and sometimes get cut off from that side. and email to cs cheaptickets.hk was not replied, and then tried cs cheaptickets.co.hk but system reply indicate its an invalid address. so i have to comment here, look forwards to some reply regarding my booking CHK-4534532 if it failed, pls do me a favor to inform me as soon, so i could complete my rebooking that wont affect my trip. thx
