We have been using Aftership for almost 2 years now. In the last 3 months everything is broken. Updates not working with couriers. App/plugin doesn't sync anymore The worst is the customer service. Or, there is no customer service. - standard/default replies after 2-4-5 days of waiting - follow up and again 2-4-5 days of waiting They recently migrated to a new framework, and everything's broken + extra delays with customer service. The poorest customer service ever experienced and now it seems to become a paid service which stops working without notice and getting frustrating customers not knowing where their parcel is. Definitely we will soon stop these service.
