Terrible shipping and customer service
Placed my order on 07/01/2021. On 22/01/2021 I got in touch via email for an update, nothing back. I contacted again today 31/01/2021 and was advised the order would be shipped out by 05/02/2021. Ridiculous. I asked for compensation for the shipping costs and was offered a 10% discount code...so I can spend more money with you and not receive my second order either? In the same email I am told my query has been resolved. It most definitely has not been.
