Aftership does a good job collecting and delivering tracking info
Aftership collects tracking information from shipping companies and shows that information. It doesn't carry packages, and if your package is stuck somewhere, this company has nothing to do with it. I was very surprised by some of the reviews here such as "they didn't deliver my package on time". Also, if the delivery company has poor tracking, aftership will naturally reflect that. I've been using this tracker both professionally and personally for a long time. They work well. My only complaint would be that their app and and business service could have tracking info translations into English. Also, for postal services that ship internationally (e.g. France to Italy), getting info from both services is a bit limited.
