The purse that I ordered was too small…
The purse that I ordered was too small for my needs. I contacted Minooy and after a couple of email exchanges I was able to get a full refund. The emails just discussed shipping information, and possible options. I am very satisfied doing business with them. I am currently awaiting the item I ordered as a replacement. If I had decided which bag I wanted earlier, they would have placed the order for me. Good customer service.
