Great product if you have rooftop rails
I think it would be waterproof, but the one time I used it there was no rain. Heavy duty and well made. My only complaint is that I bought the no rails version, and it constantly needed adjustment from the wind. I really had the straps tight but that really made no difference. With rails, it would be a great item.
