Disappointing
Very disappointing experience. I made two reservations at my usual gym and attended both sessions. However, after each visit, the system incorrectly marked me as a no-show and automatically blocked my account, preventing me from making new bookings. Trying to contact support was extremely frustrating. The chat makes it almost impossible to reach a real person, and when I finally managed to escalate the issue, I was told support is available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. I was contacting them at 9:30 a.m., within their stated hours. I have already paid for the service, yet I am still unable to make reservations. This has been a waste of time and very frustrating.
