Customer service could be a lot better
This is a revised review (initially 1 star). Customer service for this company is not as good as promised (ie the 24 hour flagged response time). I heard nothing from them until I raised a dispute via Paypal. However, once this was in motion, they responded to my emails and were in fact very ready to resolve the issue.
