Their basic products are "ok". However, they do not respond quickly to issues, and do not resolve issues. I have had open tickets for over a month, with weeks in between responses, despite follow up. I wish I had read the reddit reviews more closely before committing to this company. In my personal experience, the Dockstream2 is not worth the hassle, and the feeders are ok for dry food.
