This is the second time I attempted to purchase a set of x4 batteries for my Moza Air 2 on the Gudsen website, when they were out of stock. Email correspondence with the company proved a waste of time, as their replies confirmed they have no batteries available - I cannot source them anywhere else on the web in UK / Europe. As the lion battery length varies from supplier to supplier (I've purchased non Moza brand versions from two providers and the battery lengths were both different and different to that of the Moza brand), purchasing an equivalent battery type elsewhere will most likely result in batteries that will not fit the Moza Air 2. While the DJI equivalent is slightly more expensive, if you are a professional photographer / videographer who demands excellent customer service and supply of product when you need it, I'd strongly urge purchase of the DJI gimbal. While this post will no doubt be responded to with a 'sorry to hear about your experience' from Gudsen that, simply, is not good enough.
