Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service I bought an Oxva VPrime Kit from an online retailer and 4 pods died after a few days use. I contacted the website where I bought it and they stated that their warranty expired after 3 weeks (it had been 6) and advised me to contact the manufacturer. I contacted them and after many emails back and forth where they asked me to send pics and videos they refused to accept that the device had a fault and said that it was down to faulty pods. I asked for them to replace the faulty device and stated that they would send me one pod and if the same thing happened then to get back in touch. I tried to explain that the 4 pods that had blown were all from different retailers and had different serial numbers but they weren’t even slightly interested. I would not advise anyone to purchase from them as they refuse to replace faulty devices and I will be taking this to trading standards. I would give them 0 stars if possible
