The only reason I made this 4 stars is be different from what others posted (ensures it gets read!) and also because this effects device is different. First, TOMTOP: ordering and follow up was a breeze, nothing complicated at all. Even though I didn't use Paypal, there were no hangups. Second: the site to track the package was easy, but seemed to stop tracking when the package left from China. That wasn't so much a concern as Third: the package was delivered well within the promise date. Again, no problem. To be candid, I didn't make any expectations of delivery times as it was free shipping from China. I've read others posts and was skeptical of getting it on time, so put this in the 'plus' column for their delivery. The device, POCKROCK portable guitar effects by AMMON. First: It's exactly like it's pictured in the videos(mine is black). The casing is made of light grade plastic, but the big concern is the knobs: they appear very susceptible to snapping. This is something you can't just throw into a bag or box. It simply won't stand up to that. I box it up every time I'm through playing: the box has a Styrofoam piece that fits perfectly to the placement of the knobs. Second: the effects are very cool. Can't get the array of sounds for something this price. Even though it's not pro grade effects, you're not paying pro grade pricing. It's a terrific introduction to see what you might like in your sound setup without busting the bank. Personally, I think it's a must have for any beginner with an electric guitar. While learning the basics is important, there is a wider range of creativity as you're not confined to just 'Volume' and 'Tone'. Also, you don't have to push hard on the strings to get a sound. Keep in mind that part of playing the guitar is just that: playtime. Having fun is important and this effects box is all that and then some. My guitar skill is above beginner/still progressing.
