Good support, Amazing mouse.
Original issue & review : Had issues with the order, i added a coupon code that wasn't applied correctly on order; when i received the mouse, i didn't had the included sleeve and mouse pad. Asked support, which replied within 24 hours, if it was possible to have a coupon or have it shipped and i would cover the delivery fees, they offered a 5$ coupon. Edit 31/07 : After review and having to go back and forth with the support (10+ emails), they sent the items supposed to be included on the pack. I'll edit my review once i have received the items. Edit 06/08 : Received the package, i am satisfied with the support that took the action to ship these items to me, i edited the note and review as it could have been a technical error with my browser or with the website at the time. Received the Sleeve and mousepad in 6 days, which is actually crazy to think knowing we are having fires where i live and most delivery in-land are impacted with weeks+ delays.
