Slow shipment, sloppy packaging
Purchased the "Lipstick mechanical keyboard" Paid 159 dollars + 37 dollars for the shipment and it took 2 weeks to get delivered (ordered june 16th, received july 2nd). The package was a simple cardboard box without any bubble-wrapping or other inside, around the product nothing to protect the corners of thekeyboard's box. And in fact it came out crushed on one side , a corner completely destroyed. It was an important gift and I had to buy something else. It seemed quite unprofessional to me. I contacted the customer service about this matter and I didnt get a response yet. Really a shame.
